باستخدامك نظام Photon — عبر الموقع photon-iraq.com أو تطبيق الهاتف — فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت تستخدمه باسم شركة، فأنت تقرّ بأنك مخوَّل بقبولها نيابةً عنها.
1. الخدمة
Photon نظام لإدارة شركات الطاقة الشمسية: حساب المنظومات وعروض الأسعار، المشاريع، الفواتير، الخزينة، المخزون، والكشوفات الميدانية. يُقدَّم بصيغة اشتراك للشركة، ويُنشئ مدير الشركة حسابات موظفيها ويحدّد صلاحياتهم.
2. الحسابات
- كل حساب لشخص واحد. لا تشارك كلمة مرورك، وأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري تحت حسابك.
- الشركة مسؤولة عن حسابات موظفيها، وعن إلغاء حساب من يترك العمل.
- يحق لنا إيقاف حساب يُستخدم لاختراق النظام أو الإضرار بشركات أخرى أو إرسال محتوى مسيء.
3. الاشتراك
الاشتراك يُفعَّل لمدة متفق عليها ويُجدَّد بالاتفاق. عند انتهاء المدة يتوقف الدخول حتى التجديد، وتبقى بيانات الشركة محفوظة لفترة معقولة تُمكّنها من التجديد أو طلب تصدير بياناتها. النسخة التجريبية للاطلاع فقط ولا تُحفظ فيها بيانات حقيقية.
4. بياناتك
ما تُدخله الشركة من زبائن وعروض وفواتير ومشاريع يبقى ملكًا لها. نحن نخزّنه ونعالجه لتشغيل الخدمة فقط، وفق سياسة الخصوصية. الشركة مسؤولة عن صحة ما تُدخله وعن حصولها على موافقة زبائنها حيث يلزم.
5. الرسائل المرسلة باسم شركتك
يرسل Photon رسائل شركتك (مواعيد الكشف، السلف، الصيانة، طلبات المتجر) من عنوانه الرسمي باسم الشركة، ويصل الرد إلى بريد الشركة. أنت مسؤول عن صحة عناوين البريد التي تُدخلها وعمّا يُرسل بطلب منك أو من مستخدمي شركتك.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم النظام لأي غرض مخالف للقانون، ولا تحاول الوصول إلى بيانات شركة أخرى، ولا تُحمّل ملفات ضارة، ولا تُرهق الخدمة بطلبات آلية.
7. الحسابات الهندسية والنتائج
الحاسبة وعروض الأسعار أدوات مساعدة تعتمد على ما تُدخله الشركة من أسعار ومواصفات. القرار الهندسي والتجاري النهائي مسؤولية الشركة، وننصح بمراجعة كل عرض قبل تسليمه للزبون.
8. التوفّر والمسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة ومحمية، لكننا لا نضمن عملها بلا انقطاع. الخدمة تُقدَّم كما هي، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية خسائر غير مباشرة ناتجة عن انقطاعها أو عن بيانات أُدخلت خطأً. في كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا قيمة اشتراك الشركة عن الفترة المعنية.
9. الإنهاء
يمكن للشركة إنهاء اشتراكها وطلب حذف بياناتها في أي وقت. يمكننا إنهاء الخدمة لحساب يخالف هذه الشروط بعد إشعاره، وفورًا إذا كان الخرق يهدد أمن النظام أو شركات أخرى.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. التغييرات الجوهرية تُعلن داخل النظام قبل سريانها، واستمرارك بالاستخدام بعدها يعني قبولها.

By using Photon — at photon-iraq.com or through the mobile app — you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for it.
1. The service
Photon is a management system for solar-energy companies: system sizing and quotes, projects, invoices, treasury, inventory and site surveys. It is provided to a company by subscription; the company's manager creates its employees' accounts and sets their permissions.
2. Accounts
- One account per person. Do not share your password; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- The company is responsible for its employees' accounts, including removing the account of anyone who leaves.
- We may suspend an account used to attack the system, harm other companies, or send abusive content.
3. Subscription
A subscription runs for an agreed period and is renewed by agreement. When it ends, access stops until renewal; the company's data is kept for a reasonable period so it can renew or request an export. The trial is for evaluation only and stores no real data.
4. Your data
The customers, quotes, invoices and projects a company enters remain its property. We store and process them only to run the service, under our Privacy Policy. The company is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters and for obtaining its customers' consent where required.
5. Messages sent in your company's name
Photon sends your company's messages (survey appointments, advances, maintenance calls, store orders) from its official address in the company's name, and replies reach the company's own address. You are responsible for the email addresses you enter and for what is sent at your request or your company's users' request.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the system for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reach another company's data, upload harmful files, or overload the service with automated requests.
7. Engineering calculations and results
The calculator and quotes are aids that rely on the prices and specifications the company enters. The final engineering and commercial decision is the company's; review every quote before handing it to a customer.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and protected but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided as is; we are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime or from data entered in error. In all cases our liability is limited to the company's subscription fee for the period concerned.
9. Termination
A company may end its subscription and request deletion of its data at any time. We may end service to an account that breaches these terms after notice, and immediately where the breach threatens the system's security or other companies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced inside the system before they take effect; continued use afterwards means acceptance.
11. Governing law and contact
