Photon نظام إدارة لشركات الطاقة الشمسية في العراق، يعمل على الموقع photon-iraq.com وعلى تطبيق الهاتف. هذه الصفحة تشرح ما الذي نجمعه، ولماذا، ومن يراه، وكيف نحميه.

1. ما الذي نجمعه

بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم، الدور الوظيفي، الشركة التي ينتمي إليها المستخدم، والبريد الإلكتروني إن أُدخل. كلمات المرور تُخزَّن مشفّرة بخوارزمية أحادية الاتجاه ولا يمكن قراءتها.
سجلات العمل التي تُدخلها الشركة: الزبائن، عروض الأسعار، الفواتير، المشاريع، الكشوفات الميدانية، المخزون، الخزينة والسندات، وصور الإيصالات والمشاريع. هذه البيانات ملك للشركة التي أدخلتها.
بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز وقت تسجيل الدخول (لحماية الجلسة والحد من محاولات الاختراق)، ورمز إشعارات الهاتف إذا فعّلت الإشعارات.
صفحة الزبائن العامة: عندما يملأ زبون طلب عرض من رابط الشركة، نحفظ ما أدخله (الاسم، الهاتف، الموقع، تفاصيل المنظومة) للشركة صاحبة الرابط.
متجر فوتون (photon-iraq.com/market): عند الطلب من متجر نحفظ اسمك وهاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومحافظتك وعنوانك وما طلبته، ونشاركها مع المتجر الذي طلبت منه فقط. إذا أنشأت حساب شراء نحفظ بريدك الإلكتروني وما تختار حفظه (الاسم، الهاتف، المحافظة، العنوان) لتسهيل طلبك القادم وعرض طلباتك في مكان واحد.

2. البريد الإلكتروني والدخول بـGoogle

لا يربط Photon أي حساب Google لأي مستخدم. كل الرسائل (رموز التسجيل، بيانات الدخول، مواعيد الكشف، السلف، الصيانة، طلبات المتجر) تُرسل من عنوان Photon الرسمي no-reply@photon-iraq.com عبر مزوّد البريد Resend. رسائل الشركة تحمل اسمها، ويصل الرد إلى بريد الشركة نفسها. ولا نقرأ أي صندوق بريد.

الدخول بـGoogle لحساب الشراء في متجر فوتون: نطلب فقط اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني الموثَّق (openid وemail وprofile)، ونستخدمهما لإنشاء حسابك والدخول إليه — لا نطلب أي صلاحية على Gmail أو Drive، ولا نحتفظ بأي رمز وصول من Google. ويمكن الدخول بدلًا من ذلك برمز يُرسَل إلى بريدك.

استخدام Photon للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات Google يلتزم بـ سياسة بيانات المستخدم لخدمات Google API، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).

الذكاء الاصطناعي وبيانات Google: لا تُرسَل أي بيانات نحصل عليها من واجهات Google (الاسم والبريد الموثّق عند الدخول بـGoogle) إلى أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي، ولا تُستخدم أو تُنقل أو تُباع لتطوير أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي أو تعلّم آلي أو تدريبه أو تحسينه. ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي في Photon (قراءة الفواتير والمواصفات، والمساعد) تعمل عبر Google Gemini API بخطة مدفوعة لا تُستخدم فيها المدخلات والمخرجات لتدريب النماذج، وتعالج فقط ما يرفعه المستخدم أو يكتبه في Photon مباشرة.

3. لماذا نستخدم البيانات

تشغيل النظام للشركة: الحسابات، العروض، الفواتير، المشاريع، التقارير.
إرسال الإشعارات التي يختارها المستخدم (على الهاتف أو بالبريد).
حماية الحسابات: اكتشاف محاولات الدخول المتكررة، وإنهاء الجلسات القديمة.
إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة الهوية لتحسين المنتج (Google Analytics مع إخفاء عنوان IP).

لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمة الضروريين لتشغيل النظام (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات وإرسال البريد) وبموجب اتفاقيات تلزمهم بحمايتها.

الصور والملفات: صور الكشوفات والمشاريع وملفات PDF ومرفقات فواتير الشراء تُحفظ في تخزين Photon الخاص (Cloudflare R2)، في مساحة مغلقة لا يُتاح فيها أي ملف برابط دائم. تُعرض وتُنزَّل داخل Photon فقط، لمن يحق له رؤية السجل، بروابط مؤقتة تنتهي خلال ساعات. ولا تُرسَل إلى أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي.

4. من يرى ماذا

بيانات كل شركة معزولة عن غيرها. داخل الشركة، يحدّد المدير ما يراه كل موظف. مالك المنصة يرى بيانات الاشتراك وحسابات المستخدمين لأغراض الدعم والتفعيل فقط.

5. الحماية

الاتصال مشفّر بالكامل (HTTPS)، كلمات المرور مشفّرة بشكل لا يمكن عكسه، وقاعدة البيانات مغلقة أمام أي وصول غير وصول الخادم. الجلسات تنتهي تلقائيًا بعد فترة من عدم الاستخدام.

6. الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببيانات الشركة طوال مدة اشتراكها. السجلات المحذوفة تبقى في سلة المهملات سبعة أيام ثم تُمحى نهائيًا. يمكن للشركة طلب تصدير بياناتها أو حذفها بالكامل بالتواصل معنا. يمكن لصاحب حساب الشراء في متجر فوتون حذف حسابه بنفسه من صفحة «حسابي»؛ الطلبات السابقة تبقى عند المتاجر التي نفّذتها لأنها سجلات بيع لديها.

7. الكوكيز

نستخدم كوكي لجلسة الدخول، وكوكي مؤقتة لتجربة النظام. وفي متجر فوتون: كوكي لحساب الشراء إن دخلت به، وكوكي تحفظ روابط طلباتك ومحادثاتك على هذا الجهاز، والسلة تُحفظ في متصفحك فقط. لا كوكيز إعلانية.

Photon is a management system for solar-energy companies in Iraq, available at photon-iraq.com and as a mobile app. This page explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

Account data: username, role, the company the user belongs to, and an email address if one is entered. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be read.
Business records entered by the company: customers, quotes, invoices, projects, site surveys, inventory, treasury and vouchers, and photos of receipts and projects. These records belong to the company that entered them.
Technical data: IP address and device type at sign-in (to protect sessions and throttle abuse), and the phone's push-notification token if notifications are enabled.
Public customer page: when a customer requests a quote through a company's public link, what they enter (name, phone, location, system details) is stored for that company.
Photon Market (photon-iraq.com/market): when you order from a store we keep your name, phone, email, province, address and what you ordered, and share them only with the store you ordered from. If you create a buying account we keep your email and whatever you choose to save (name, phone, province, address) to make your next order easier and show your orders in one place.

2. Email and Sign in with Google

Photon links no user's Google account. Every message (sign-up codes, sign-in details, survey appointments, advances, maintenance calls, store orders) is sent from Photon's official address no-reply@photon-iraq.com through the email provider Resend. A company's messages carry its name, and replies reach the company's own address. We read no mailbox.

Sign in with Google for a Photon Market buying account: we request only your name and verified email (openid, email, profile) and use them to create and open your account — no Gmail or Drive access is requested, and no Google access token is kept. You may instead sign in with a code sent to your email.

Photon's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI and Google user data: data received from Google APIs (the name and verified email from Sign in with Google) is never sent to any AI model, and is never used, transferred or sold to develop, train or improve any AI or machine-learning model. Photon's AI features (reading invoices and datasheets, and the assistant) run on the Google Gemini API under a paid tier whose prompts and responses are not used to train models, and they process only what users upload or type into Photon directly.

3. Why we use the data

To run the system for the company: accounts, quotes, invoices, projects, reports.
To send the notifications the user chooses (on the phone or by email).
To protect accounts: detecting repeated sign-in attempts and ending stale sessions.
Anonymous usage statistics to improve the product (Google Analytics with IP anonymization).

We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and share it only with the service providers needed to run the system (hosting, database, file storage and email delivery) under agreements that bind them to protect it.

Photos and files: survey and project photos, PDFs and purchase-invoice attachments are kept in Photon's own storage (Cloudflare R2), in a closed space where no file is available by a permanent link. They are seen and downloaded only inside Photon, by people allowed to see the record, through links that expire within hours. They are never sent to any AI model.

4. Who sees what

Each company's data is isolated from every other company's. Within a company, the manager decides what each employee sees. The platform owner sees subscription data and user accounts for support and activation only.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); passwords are irreversibly hashed; the database is closed to everything but the server. Sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep a company's data for as long as it subscribes. Deleted records stay in the recycle bin for seven days and are then erased. A company may request an export or full deletion of its data by contacting us. A Photon Market buyer may delete their account themselves from "My account"; past orders stay with the stores that fulfilled them, as their sales records.

7. Cookies

A cookie for the sign-in session, and a temporary one for the product trial. On Photon Market: a cookie for your buying account if you sign in, and one that keeps the links to your orders and conversations on this device; the cart is stored in your browser only. No advertising cookies.
